Returns & Exchanges

At Betabrand, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size, a refund to your original payment method, or an instant store credit bonus.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
